I have struggled with this dilemma for years and feel that I have finally found a working solution when I recently joined the Mom Team: a powerful team of moms promoting wellness, greener living and helping others. It has been a wonderful experience for me and I love how Mom-friendly the business is. I am a Mom of 5 kids ages 7,5,3,2 & 1. We needed extra income, and couldn't afford the childcare. I agree! Wouldn't it just be a joy if we could all work 3 days a week? I can't imagine the fun things I would have the time to do with my 2 kids...even just the little things!
