The summer sign-up shuffle can quickly turn chaotic when trying to keep track of the soccer snack rotation, PTA meetings, the neighborhood block party or the latest green initiative down at your local nonprofit.
Jooners.com understands and came up with a web-friendly way to organize and manage events and activities online via virtual sign-up sheets viewed in real time.
Members create online sign-up sheets with help from easy-to-follow, guided directions, then email or post a live link. Volunteers then simply choose a time slot online and you can consider the whole thing coordianted.
Auto reminders and thank you notes make follow up fast, and with less email cluttering inboxes overall, everyone will be happy at how easy it is to get involved.

Thanks Mommy Track'd for finding such great sites and tools! Just wanted to share that everyone who needs volunteers for any activity at our school uses JOONERS. We've used it to sign-up parent helpers for our book fairs, auction, fall carnival...and coming up soon...back-to-school registration! AHHHHH! We all love it because it takes care of all the details that usually end up driving you nuts. Like reminding volunteers and updating things on the fly. Very very cool!
