He's Checking the List.
by Maria Pilar Clark
Old St. Nick might be making a list and checking it twice, but somehow I think his devotees will be the ones poring endlessly over their mile long wishlists, making sure that each coveted item is accounted for (with detailed descriptions, model numbers, suggested retail price and a short list of retailers) in addition to adding an asterik all the way at the bottom reminding the jolly guy in red and his troupe of reindeer to get their goodies laid out mantel side come Christmas Eve.
Red Stamp's Santa's Little Helper Kit is perfect for those pint-sizes who go as far as to Google the keyword "Santa Claus" in hopes of finding his address or phone number, perhaps even his likes and dislikes, and comes complete with everything a child could need for Christmastime correspondence, like a wish list notepad, pre-addressed letter to Santa including festive holiday seals, a scrummy chocolate chip cookie recipe plus a night before note (just to make sure he doesn't miss anything while dropping off all those presents), reindeer food, fill-in-the-blank thank you notes so the kids can get a head start on their nice quota for next year, and a cleverly named Scented Smencil to jot it all down.
Thanks to LettersFromSanta.com, the conversation won't be one-sided. Your child will receive a piece of personalized mail postmarked "The North Pole," including - among other things - a surprise gift, coloring page, details about school, friends, hobbies, and quite possibly his favorite pair of footed jammies.
Each letter is printed on colorful holiday stationary and signed by Santa in real ink, making it the perfect keepsake to tuck into your child's treasure box or scrapbook. Plus, a portion of sales from each letter goes toward nationally recognized children's charities. You give a little, you get a little - isn't that the whole reason for the season?
All in all, it sounds like enough to ensure Santa makes a return visit next year.
