Going Green for the Winter.

The 3 R’s Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle: Here are easy ways to incorporate green into your household this winter without too much work on your part!

 

 

  • Set the thermostat at 68-69 degrees and purchase flannel sheets and put additional blankets on beds and invest in slippers for everyone.

     

  • Use durable coffee mugs – at coffee shops and the office.

     

  • Purchase refillable pens & pencils.

     

  • Reuse boxes for presents and for packing things for storage. If you’re stretched for space, you can always breakdown to store flat until you need it. Just be sure to store in an elevated, dry spot.

     

  • Get rid of your tech graveyard – recycle your electronics.
