I am interested to know what the going rate is for an in-home nanny & what else "comes with it." Does she do laundry, dishes, fix breakfast/lunch, etc.? I work from home, but have a nanny so I can get work done. If I didn't, I would no longer be allowed by my company to work from home. She's on her lap top all day (recetnly even when baby is AWAKE!), and doesnt' take initiative, even to put baby's clothes away, etc. Thanks for your input!
