Dance With The Boogie Get Down.

by Liz Gumbinner
Until the day that kids can make it through winter entirely runny-nose-free, I'm always on the lookout for natural alternatives to the contraband kids cold medicine I still have in the back of the bathroom cabinet. (Shh, don't tell the sanctimommies on me.)
One of my very favorites are the most excellently named Boogie Wipes: Saline-infused wet wipes for snotty little noses, created by two very clever moms. The saline helps break up all the mucus, just as doctors recommend, and the soothing, moisturizing Vitamin E keeps your kids from running away every time they see you racing towards them with one in hand. They don't smell half bad either.
At just $3.99 a pack, you'll definitely want to stock up on Boogie Wipes for the season. After all, you've got plenty of room in the medicine cabinet, right?

I love these wipes. They are the best thing ever. My little man hates to have his nose wiped. These make it less of a battle. The are a gift from Heaven.

I live in northwest Florida and they sell them at Wal-Mart here. I've seen them but never thought of buying them because I thought they were just regular wet wipes or baby wipes. Considering that I have one daughter with asthma and indoor/outdoor allergies and a son with indoor/outdoor allergies I am ALWAYS wiping noses! It never ends! We've used saline solution in the past, but the kids absolutely hate it. I have to say, I think I will buy a pack the next time I go grocery shopping just to give them a "test drive".

Give me a nice, soft, cotton handkerchief anyday. I must have 30 of them. My mother grimaces every time the girls as for a "boogie cloth."

you can buy them online or at Rite-Aid, if you have those near you. Their website will list any other locations.

I haven't seen these yet where did you get them? Raising my grandkids I have three snotty noses running around here. Boy do I get tired of snot on me, the furniture, and everything else within reach.
