How about an Anti-Pussycat music list?
This struck me as I was driving my 4 year old daughter and 8 year old son home from soccer practice and they wanted to listen to "loud crazy music". I flipped around until I found "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera which was just perfect for my fired up kids. Then the next song was "Don't Cha" by the Pussycat Dolls and Busta Rhymes. The kids liked it because it was wild but they didn't really listen to the lyrics. As they get older and more into music (beyond my worn out Shrek soundtrack), I would love a list of positive music that does not turn all women into Pussycats. However, I am a musically illiterate person who usually loses my husband's favorite game "Who is singing this?". I'm sure other moms would love a music list that included the typical childrens titles as well as more "grown up" music. Thanks.
